Erin Radecki

Erin Radecki serves as a Client Service Associate at Fortress Wealth Planning, where she supports day-to-day operations and client communications, enabling advisors to focus on delivering customized financial strategies. Erin is guided by a service goal to make clients feel known, valued, and supported.

Erin holds a degree in Business from the University of North Florida and brings a diverse professional background to her role. While her career has taken many paths, her greatest joy is raising her three children alongside her husband, Kurt. Together, they have lived in several states across the U.S., as well as in Amsterdam—experiences that have shaped Erin’s broad perspective and appreciation for diverse communities.

Outside of work, Erin enjoys spending time outdoors, whether working in her yard, exercising, or walking the family dog, Maci. She also has a passion for estate sales, being near the water, and traveling.
