Zoila joined Fortress Wealth Planning in March 2024 as a Client Services Associate. She is dedicated to delivering a seamless and supportive experience for every client, consistently reflecting the firm’s commitment to personalized, high-quality service.
With a background in business administration and a strong interest in financial services, Zoila brings a thoughtful, detail-oriented approach to her role. She is passionate about helping clients navigate their financial journeys with clarity and confidence, and she values the lasting relationships built through trust and attentive care.
Originally from Chicago, Zoila grew up in Winter Park, Florida, and later established roots in Virginia, where she raised her family. Outside of work, she enjoys exploring local arts and cultural events, traveling, and spending quality time with her family and friends. Zoila holds an Associate’s degree in Social Sciences and is currently pursuing additional coursework in financial planning to further expand her expertise in the field.
